A question about your pair?

Send us a note.

Whether you are choosing your first wenwan walnuts or getting to know a pair you already own, use the form below to contact Orbit Nuts.

What would you like help with?

For help choosing, tell us which pair you are considering and what you would like to understand about its dimensions, texture, or condition.

For an order question, include your order number if you have one. For a care question, describe what you have noticed and any handling, cleaning, or other changes that came before it. Please leave payment details and other sensitive information out of your message.

We will use the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
