Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the walnuts unused and unaltered, and return the complete set with its care brush and any other included accessories. You may inspect the set on arrival, but walnuts that have been oiled, polished, dyed, altered or used to develop patina are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Start a return

Contact PALMWORN with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel. Do not send returns to a parcel’s sender address unless we confirm it.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable in that case. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use a shipping service that provides proof of delivery.

If we sent the wrong item, or your set arrived damaged or defective, contact us with photographs of the item and packaging. PALMWORN will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a return label when a return is needed, and arrange a replacement or refund. Do not continue using a damaged item while the issue is being reviewed.

Refunds and exchanges

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. For a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the refund includes the applicable original shipping charge.

For an exchange, contact us first. Replacement pairs depend on availability; we can arrange a return and a new order when a direct exchange is not available.

Natural variation

Our Lion’s Head walnuts are sold as same-variety pairs. Reference photographs do not show the exact pair supplied. Natural differences in shape, shell pattern and color are expected, but an item that is damaged or materially different from its description should be reported to us.
