Shipping rates

For eligible United States orders, standard shipping is $8 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is available for $15 where offered at checkout. The available services, final shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

For other destinations, availability and shipping charges are determined at checkout. If your destination has no available delivery service, please contact us before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery

Delivery depends on the destination and selected service. Choosing Express changes the shipping service; it does not by itself guarantee a dispatch or arrival date. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is possible.

We will send a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched and provide tracking when the selected service supports it. If an order is delayed, we will notify you and offer the applicable cancellation and refund options.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If tracking shows a delivery problem, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help.
